Please read this page carefully before applying to the Visahire affiliate program. The following document contains a breakdown of the program details, payment and commission structure, and the terms you agree to by joining.

You can apply to the Visahire Affiliate Program here.

Once approved, we will send you a link to log in to your affiliate dashboard. From there, you can view your unique tracking link, monitor traffic and conversions, and track your commissions and payouts.

Visahire reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

💵  Commissions

The affiliate commission is 20% of the net order value.

The net order value is the total amount paid by the customer, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and processing fees (currently 5%).

Commissions are only paid on successful, completed transactions. If a customer cancels or requests a refund, the related commission will be reversed or deducted from future payouts.

Affiliates are responsible for any tax obligations or reporting requirements that apply to their earnings.

🍪  Cookie Window / Tracking

The affiliate referral link uses server-side tracking with a 60-day cookie window. This means that if a new user clicks on your affiliate link (e.g. visahire.co?via=yourcode), they will be tagged with a tracking cookie. If the user then makes a purchase within 60 days, the sale will be attributed to you.

💸  Payments / Payouts

We pay our affiliates on the 15th of every month for commissions generated in the previous month. For example, January earnings are paid on February 15.

There is no minimum payout threshold you must reach before you can receive a payout, so every month you will be paid whatever your earnings were for the previous month, unless you set a minimum threshold in your affiliate dashboard (e.g. $250, $500, or $1,000).

If you have set a payout threshold and your earnings don't reach that amount in a given month, your balance will roll over to the next month until the threshold is met.

Payments are made exclusively in U.S. Dollars (USD) using PayPal. You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal account details are accurate. Visahire is not responsible for delayed or failed payments due to incorrect payment information.

⚖️ Additional Terms

Visahire may update or modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or through the dashboard. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, any pending but unpaid commissions for valid, completed sales will be paid in the next scheduled payout cycle.

Affiliates must not:

• Use misleading, deceptive, or spam-based marketing tactics

• Bid on Visahire's brand name, trademarks, or domain names in paid advertising

• Misrepresent Visahire or act as an agent or employee of Visahire

• Engage in activities that violate applicable laws or Visahire's policies

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
